We will also fine–tune all the settings required for your websites to be fully functional on our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of moving any sort of web site. With years of experience in the industry, they are well–versed in the inner workings of our hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other commonly used Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom app with numerous custom libraries is as elementary as moving a simple WordPress–based weblog.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, since there are plenty of variables, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We do not need any sensitive data. We will require, however, the login info for your current web hosting account and the name of the website that you would like to migrate.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the same info you have provided to your present host. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how private info is used.

A: While we transfer your site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. After the transfer is done, we’ll make sure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your data is not jeopardized prior to notifying you that the migration is complete. Then we will tell you how to transfer the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to update your DNS settings.

A: No. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not need anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform on condition that we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only websites that we’re unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
