Weekly Backups

If you manage a popular site or a resource–heavy web application, it is obligatory to keep a full backup of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an auto backup solution is tough. This is why we offer you our Managed Services package – we will keep a full backup copy of your Linux VPS server, not just of your web sites and data, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each week, retaining all the modifications that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. But, some scripts are more difficult to run and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Managed Services solution can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – this means that you’ll be able to literally employ one of our proficient server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation of any kind of application whatsoever that you want. And/or have him solve an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
